I have known Jen Steelman for more than 20 years. I just recently closed on my 5th home with the Erb/Steelman team and the market knowledge/expertise Jen brings to the table is second to none. My home needed a little love before putting it on the market and Kathleen took care of it all: tree trimming, landscape, carpets, hardwoods, paint, repair and cleaning was completed within 2 weeks. There was daily communication and I was a part of every decision. The best part, I have gotten over asking AND had a quick closing for every house I have sold with this team!
