Jennifer grew up in Michigan and settled in Denver in 2006. Jennifer attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in marketing and graduated with a BBA. After graduating, Jennifer spent the next 10 years of her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Jennifer decided to transfer her skills from her former career — she began as Buyer Specialist for the Erb Team in 2009 and is now a Team Leader. Jennifer lives in Washington Park with her husband and twin girls.
Laurie has been helping area families buy and sell homes since 1979 when she moved to Denver from Steamboat Springs. Since the 1990’s, the Denver Board of Realtors has recognized Laurie as one of Denver’s Top Agents; she and her team have consistently ranked in the top 10 agent teams in both the number of sales transactions and for sales production. Laurie has been named one of Denver’s Top 5 “Heavy Hitters” in residential real estate by the Denver Business Journal.
Sharon Clayton is a rare Colorado native with a short stint in the windy city of Chicago. She studied organizational development and human resource management at Regis University and proceeded to consult and develop new business channels in the fast paced world of technology and financial services. Sharon has spent the last ten years with RE/MAX, she loves the entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism the organization and the agents embody.
Sharon is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, and she specializes in bringing peace of mind to homebuyer’s searching for their dream home. Using her experience and foresight she initiates communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.
In her spare time, Sharon is an active volunteer with Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. A self professed foodie, you’ll find her enjoying one of Denver’s wonderful restaurants with friends and family, listening to live music, spending time with her French Bulldog Remy, and seeking adventure in the Colorado Rockies.
Kathleen graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Media Studies. Kathleen represented the United States two times, a bronze medalist in 2017 (Almaty, Kazakhstan) and an assistant captain in 2019 (Krasnoyarsk, Siberia) as a member of the Women’s World University ice hockey team. She has a passion for Real Estate and is excited to start her career with RE/MAX. Kathleen is looking forward to the opportunity to serve clients in Denver and assist a smooth home buying and selling process. In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending time with her family & friends, and trying new restaurants in the Denver area.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Jennifer and her team. When I decided to sell my home, I did an extensive amount of research to determine if any particular real estate agency stood out as the “go to” agent for my neighborhood. It quickly became apparent that the Erb/Steelman Team fit the bill. I contacted them to start the process and had an initial meeting scheduled that same day. From there, the process was quite simply a breeze. Jennifer was in constant contact throughout, offering very helpful guidance regarding pricing the home, staging and timing. We had a great experience working with Jennifer and her team to sell our house. They helped to determine what improvements were needed prior to selling, knew the resources to use to make the improvements, priced and marketed the property to get under contract quickly, and were assertive in staying on top of contract period and negotiating through the contingencies through to the closing at a price significantly above asking.
Jennifer was a stellar agent. We had a challenging real estate situation, and she was creative with the approach to selling the house. As a realtor, she was incredibly patient, flexible, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Jennifer gave us up-to-the-minute news about showings and was readily available for whatever we needed. The vendors she recommended for cleaning and staging were also top-notch. We could not have sold our house without her expertise and work ethic.

Knowing Erb/Steelman’s excellent reputation in the Wash Park area, I contacted them when I decided it was time to sell my property; a property that had been in our family for a long time. Jennifer Steelman not only provided expert real estate advice, but also recognized the emotional aspect of selling a treasured home. I met with Jen on Oct. 26; the property was under contract by Nov. 16 and we closed Dec. 9. Jen and her coworker, Cassie White took care of everything, and made the process so easy for me.
