Exceeding expectations

We had a great experience working with Jennifer and her team to sell our house. They helped to determine what improvements were needed prior to selling, knew the resources to use to make the improvements, priced and marketed the property to get under contract quickly, and were assertive in staying on top of contract period and negotiating through the contingencies through to the closing at a price significantly above asking.
